Did you know:
As an insured, you have rights
to a swift and inexpensive resolution of your claim loss?
Having facilitated many insurance disputes in various states, I have found that as a professional Umpire I have attained the skills to also be considered an expert Appraiser. This experience has led to understanding that the "ADR", or Appraisal Process is:
WHY WAIT?
FOR EXAMPLE:
What better way to establish the value of the property loss in question?
Once the "Amount of the Loss" is established with 2 out of 3 signatures, the appraisal is final and binding.
All lines of insurance-stated coverages are open in appraisal, so you can not only establish the proper amount of the loss to the building, but also that of any additional other coverages afforded under the terms and conditions within your Insurance Policy.
This means you can establish damage amounts to personal property or contents; period of restoration to put the building back to a pre-loss condition; mold; loss of rents; additional living expenses, Out-buildings; and code costs incurred to meet the current Florida Building Codes.
Appraisal can resolve more than just the costs to rebuild or replace the structure.
